Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Caltrain - April 2, 1010

A man was killed this morning while crossing Caltrain tracks in San Bruno. The event happened at approximately 6:30 a.m.
The decedent has not been identified and few details have been released. The official posting on Caltrain's website provides:
This morning, at approximately 6:30 a.m., northbound train #305 struck and killed a male adult trespasser who was crossing the tracks at the north end of the San Bruno Caltrain Station in San Bruno. Emergency personnel are on the scene. Trains are currently single-tracking around the incident. Passengers who were on train #305 have been transported to another train.
Caltrain service is experiencing delays up to one hour this morning. Traffic stations may call the Caltrain Customer Service line for delay updates at 800.660.4287, but no information other than delay information will be available.
