San Mateo Bridge Truck Accident - April 9, 2010 - "Major" Injuries

A two-truck accident occurred this morning on the the San Mateo bridge, around 7:25. From my house I could see the backup. I have now learned that the driver of one of the trucks was badly hurt and has been taken to Stanford for medical treatment.
Unfortunately, truck accidents are not that rare - and they are certainly dangerous. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the injured driver and his or her family and friends.
