Hit and Run Driver Has a Smashing Time in Berkeley - March 31, 2010

The substance of it is that a hit-and-run driver went around Berkeley last night hitting cars. Some were occupied, some were not.
Police are looking for a champagne-colored Toyota van with a its front bumper missing.
