Oakland Dump Truck Causes Thirteen-Car Pile Up (Intersection of MacArthur and Grand Avenue)

A few minutes ago, my office started to shake as helicopters flew low over head and fire trucks raced by. At the intersection of Grand Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland (two blocks from my office), there was a three car-collision. It appears to be a pretty serious accident, as there are ambulances, fire engines and multiple helicopters in the area.
KTVU has started to report on the accident.
UPDATE: It turns out this was not a three-car accident, but a thirteen car pile up caused by a dump truck that lost its brakes. Below is a picture taken with my Blackberry:
